Content recommendations specialist ThinkAnalytics has announced the renewal and expansion its services at British broadcaster Channel 4, after the PSB used viewer behavior insights and AI tools from ThinkAnalytics’ Think360 suite to launch personalized recommendations on its streaming service. Unfortunately, Faultline’s demands for more specifics were batted down, with Channel 4 unwilling to reveal more information on the latest avenue for its personalization project, at this stage.
