It is not too surprising that prior to the merger of Charter, Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks getting the go ahead that we anticipate, we were bound to hear some dissenting voices and they started coming in this week led by Dish Networks and the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) in response to the September 11th call for comments from the FCC.
