Reading the tea leaves regarding the changing nature of sports content distribution, the international soccer governing body FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) is reportedly seeking to raise between $1 billion and $2 billion worth of investments in exchange for a minority stake in its free ad-supported streaming platform Fifa+.
