The integration deal between OTT video specialist Kaltura and interactive video technology firm Rapt Media, inked in March last year, went so swimmingly that Kaltura is acquiring the start-up for an undisclosed fee. The initial partnership was all about connecting employees up and down the pecking order within large enterprises through the medium of engaging video, which has brought some new business Kaltura’s way.
