Legacy pay TV subs in Latin America may have been quite flat for the last three years but now escalating growth in fixed broadband and especially mobile viewing is taking up the slack. So while legacy services are likely to resume significant growth only in countries whose economies are expanding, there will be a general rise in video consumption over the next few years across the region. As always with Latin American studies we should note it is a large region with significant differences between countries.
