SingTel, through its long-standing advertising subsidiary Amobee, is the not too surprising winner of the court held bankruptcy auction for New York digital advertising firm Videology. SingTel has now spent something over $700 million building out an end to end digital advertising system. Amobee bid $101 million net of $16 million of cash held by the firm, and was up against UK broadcaster ITV, among others. The purchase price is subject to adjustments based on what invoices the company collects up to another $21 million.
