Excluding VodafoneZiggo, the second quarter of 2023 saw Vodafone drop below 17 million video subscribers for the first time since the European telco turned cable TV powerhouse swept up Liberty Global’s European assets. Vodafone registered 162,000 TV subscriber losses across pay TV, OTT and boxless offerings in the latest quarter, to end Q2 2023 with 16.9 million TV customers.
