Japanese cable TV operator Yamaguchi Cable Vision has selected Arris to supply its ServAssure Alarm Central product to minimize network downtime and improve broadband quality. ServAssure allows Yamaguchi to identify potential network issues before they arise and cause disruptions for end users – flagging previously undetectable issues in its network operations center and reducing mean-time-to-repair (MTTR).
