For a company with the word technology in its name (since being recast from thePlatform in 2016), Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS) is a stickler for avoiding talking about its core technology, much like its parent company. Faultline’s first introduction to CTS at a trade show shortly after its formation five or so years ago was a car crash, when a bamboozled junior salesman was assigned to lead the press briefing and walk us through some demos.
