Warner Bros Discovery has projected $3.2 billion to $4.3 billion in restructuring charges, following the finalization of its transformation framework. Ahead of the merged company’s third quarter financial filing, it is expected that $1.3 billion to $1.6 billion of restructuring charges were dealt in Q3 2022 alone. With Discovery’s David Zaslav at the helm of the new media giant, it has been widely accepted that the lion’s share of fat-trimming come from the bloated WarnerMedia belly.
