It is no industry secret that Open Caching implementations are weaker than the Streaming Video Technology Alliance (SVTA) would want. While work goes on behind closed doors (doors that are more tightly closed than many would like), it seems the group is looking to emphasize the sustainable credentials of Open Caching through 2023 and beyond to encourage uptake.
