Exactly one year ago, Faultline closed out 2021 with a retrospective and flattering look back on what we described as Open Caching’s breakthrough year, in a piece projecting big things for the technology in the year ahead. As we close out our final issue of 2022, we are disappointed to say that the past twelve months have not proven to be the springboard into operator networks that many expected for the Open Caching standard.
