ATSC 3.0 is on a collision course in the US that Faultline foresaw years ago. Only now is the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) itself demonstrating any sense of urgency, by calling on the FCC to establish an emergency taskforce on the transition to ATSC 3.0 – aka NextGen TV. Consumer electronics makers are under fire from the NAB, but perhaps the organization should look a bit closer to home.
