Amazon’s Project Kuiper, its low earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation initiative, has lifted the lid on its user terminal designs – providing pricing and speed data. It comes after OneWeb bagged a deal with AWS, for bundling connectivity with computing services, and SpaceX launching into the second phase of its Starlink constellation strategy. Project Kuiper has underdelivered, but perhaps not as much as former CEO Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin vanity project.
