The speed at which FuboTV is retaliating to the prospect of a US sports streaming triopoly paints scenes of a frenzied boardroom, as company executives react in the only way they know how – to slap Disney, Fox, and Warner Bros Discovery with an antitrust lawsuit. Unfortunately for FuboTV, the only reason the New York-based sports-first streamer has engaged in litigation is because it knows the joint venture will not be blocked in its entirety by US regulators, and so the business is seeking financial compensation for mostly historical allegations.
