With days until the doors open on NAB Show 2024, Harmonic has confirmed that its video business will not be sold to lowball offers from private equity firms, following a drawn-out strategic review process that began in October 2023. Preempting much speculation in Las Vegas next week, Harmonic is all business-as-usual, marketing its video products and striking partnership announcements as if this were just another tradeshow.
