Another year, another back-slapping report from the International Broadcaster Coalition Against Piracy (IBCAP) – summarizing a successful 12-month stint combatting illicit video services. We are not saying that industry organizations should avoid highlighting success stories, like a warrior proudly displaying his kills, but reports like these only serve to sugarcoat the fact that content piracy is exacerbating.
