Asserting its dominance in the ad-supported streaming space, Amagi has strengthened its personalized content recommendations game via the acquisition of US/Indian start-up Argoid AI. The matchmaking comes less than six months after Amagi recruited the AI-for-business skills of Argoid AI to equip its Amagi Planner product with capabilities to generate AI-driven scheduling recommendations, while analyzing viewership, content affinity, and social trends.
