Disney has received a patent litigation suit from InterDigital, the video and mobile R&D house, for alleged infringement of intellectual property fundamental for streaming video over the internet. Cases are underway in the US, Brazil, and Germany. To dull down accusations of patent troll activity, InterDigital has gone big on marketing itself as the victim (and rightly so).
