Disney appears to be stopping the simultaneous Disney+ release experiment, going back to a 45-day theatrical exclusivity window. Its latest release, Shang Chi just broke a Labor Day record, but looking back at Black Widow, there seems to be a rather large gap in the takings. This begs the question of what is going on behind the scenes? Because from the outside looking in, this looks like a bad decision.
