Net Insight spends smidgen of Sye cash on Aperi for virtualization

The sale of the video synchronization product line Sye by Net Insight in late 2019 was not a huge surprise, nor was finding out a few weeks later that AWS was the buyer. Even the price tag of $37.2 million was kind of predictable. But one thing we did not expect was for the Swedish video technology vendor to reinvest the proceeds so quickly into acquisitions geared towards building on what it has historically done best.
