The ink has dried on the opening paragraph of TiVo’s next chapter, completing its merger with semiconductor maker Xperi after joining hands in the dying days of 2019. As expected, the TiVo legacy will live on – for now – with Xperi operating a number of technology brands which together form an intellectual property powerhouse.
