OneWeb has officially emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, looking more like a sick chicken than a resplendent phoenix, as the joint UK government and Bharti Global acquisition has been made official. While OneWeb tries to convince the world that it has legs, Eutelsat has made a couple of smaller moves in the satellite realm, which have been largely overshadowed by the looming OneWeb omnishambles.
