Modern media M&A chit chat has been all but dominated by AT&T buying Time Warner and the fate of 21st Century Fox but there other lucrative and market-changing deals which are not being given the same attention to detail. The latest such deal, although not on quite the same scale, will have deep implications for multiple Nordic TV markets, as Swedish telco Telia prepares to purchase Bonnier Broadcasting, owner of local content, streaming and broadcast assets.
