Following five months in development, Indonesia-based Vision+ has overhauled its content personalization and recommendations infrastructure – underpinned by a suite of tools from Spain-based software developer Mirada, which has found solace in the Southeast Asia region. Coincidentally, Mirada was awarded the contract for Vision+, owned by local media conglomerate MNC Group, days after it announced that all features of its Iris product became available on a cloud-based SaaS basis, as of September 2023 – bringing more modularity and cost-efficiencies to the product set. Vision+ has ambitions of reaching over 40 million monthly active users for its live and on-demand streaming service.
