Vendor acquisitions in the B2B realm will typically see one product portfolio absorbed into another, broadening the scope, strength and stickiness of a technology company’s toolset. In some rare cases, the acquired company may be left almost entirely alone, or in other scenarios we may see the assets chewed up and spat out after a less-than-successful bedding in period.
