Venu Sports, the proposed US joint streaming venture set up to steal Fubo TV’s business, has hit a critical stumbling block, as a court denied the motion of the co-founders – Disney, WBD and Fox – to dismiss Fubo’s legal challenge against its nascent nemesis.
