Bundle fever has arrived this week, in further evidence that premium SVoDs are facing a growth plateau, even with extra revenues garnered from rushing out supplementary ad-supported options. Huddling for warmth is an advantage that the streamers have over legacy cable and satellite TV that must be taken advantage of, if the race to profitability is to be won.
