Something is happening, but exactly what is not yet clear. Google is on the ropes, and the Department of Justice (DoJ) is closing ground. So, what are the options for the DoJ, what impact will those have on the mobile industry, and just how many months will be wasted as the inevitable appeal is dragged out?
