A large part of our virtual events feedback this year has boiled down to a frustrating lack of start-ups, which should be the foundation of all technology showcases. Start-ups have unfortunately been sacrificed for the necessary sake of monetization, as sponsored sessions have taken precedent over the start-up scene.
