Curiosity combined with the expected news lull that comes with 4th July week prompted Faultline to explore the state of start-ups – hypothesizing whether the Covid-19 pandemic has directly resulted in fewer video technology companies starting up. While we are by no means an industry standard way of measuring the number of start-ups arriving or vanishing, we do have a reputation for always having an ear to the ground, even without the usual spread of physical industry events to attend.
