Quibi clearly stole Turnstyle – but does Eko have a case without NDA?

Weeks away from launch, short-form OTT video platform Quibi has already received its first lawsuit – pertaining to a specific feature Faultline previously praised for being the only thing setting it apart from the competition. This is a must-win case for Quibi. Interactive video provider Eko claims Quibi’s Turnstyle feature is a “near-identical copy” of its own patented technology.
